If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30-days of your delivery. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org & provide us with the item number from your original confirmation email. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. We will either exchange your item or provide you with a full refund.
Exchanging your Item
If for any reason you are not totally happy with your purchase, and you would like an exchange. Please send us an email with your item number and request an exchange. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please enclose your order number and your name in the package, all items must be returned in good condition to insure exchange.
If an item is visibly worn or washed when returned, we reserve the right to apply a 50% restocking fee.
We do not accept exchanges for swimsuits due to hygiene reasons. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us an email at email@example.com & provide us with the item number from your original confirmation email. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued in the original method of payment used on an order in the event an order is cancelled, or the item is damaged.
For Returns: we issue refunds in the form of an E-Gift Card to be used on future purchases. E-Gift Cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!
Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the refund to get back into your account, depending on your bank.
We do not offer any refunds on swimsuits, however, if you decide to cancel your order before despatch, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will notify you, if we are able to refund you or not.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, and the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
